Online Hypnotherapy

Online hypnotherapy is an evidence-supported method that uses focused attention, guided relaxation, and therapeutic suggestion to help the brain shift out of stress-driven patterns, outdated behaviors, and or beliefs. When the nervous system quiets and the mind enters a more receptive state, cognitive and emotional processing becomes easier, allowing new behaviors, insights, and responses to take root.

During a session, you remain fully awake, aware, and in control. I guide your attention toward internal cues—breath, imagery, sensation—to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and engage the parts of the brain linked to learning and regulation. Research shows that this combination can reduce anxiety, interrupt overactive thought loops, and support long-term behavioral change.

Even though the process is somewhat clinical in structure, it often feels surprisingly gentle and relaxing. As an added bonus, many clients report that the online session allows the relaxation to continue without an abrupt transition into the external world.

Hypnotherapy sessions are not ”in place of therapy” rather, are a tool to add when coming against deeply programmed behaviors, ideas, and perspectives. I do not diagnose. We do not ”cure” mental health illnesses through hypnosis. If symptoms of a particular condition are your main concern, please know our approach will be *how to manage* those symptoms. If you are in the care of a behavioral health provider, please ensure they grant you permission to receive this modality.

Online Group Hypnosis

Online group hypnosis is a guided therapeutic experience where clients and friends are welcomed to participate in a hypnosis session together over zoom. Instead of the focus being on one person at a time, the group is led through a shared process of relaxation, imagery, and subconscious exploration. The themes can vary, and for this practice, they will be posted and shared in the newsletter and on the Instagram page.

In these sessions, all remain fully conscious and in control while listening, following the guidance, and allowing the mind to settle into a more receptive state. The session is intentionally structured, trauma & evidence-informed, using breath cues, tools for deep relaxation, and therapeutic suggestion to help shift patterns held in the nervous system and subconscious mind.

While each individual has their own inner experience, the group setting creates a unique environment: the collective calm deepens relaxation, reduces self-consciousness, and provides a sense of community that supports change. Participants often describe it as feeling like being carried by a wave of quiet, restful, grounding, that is surprisingly powerful.

In addition, online group hypnosis allows you to receive meaningful therapeutic support from your own space, at a more accessible cost than 1:1 work, while still benefiting from the guidance, structure, and soothing rhythm of a full hypnotic session.

Group hypnosis sessions are held from 5:30-6:30 pm Pacific time on the 2nd Thursday of each month.

Online energywork

Online energywork is a remote healing practice that supports the body and nervous system through intention, presence, and subtle awareness rather than physical touch. Even though we’re not in the same room, the work focuses on attuning to your system—your breath, your emotional landscape, and the patterns of tension or depletion that show up beneath the surface.

Using guided awareness, visualization, grounding cues, and energetic techniques, we shift the nervous system out of stress states and into a steadier, more regulated place. Many people feel sensations like warmth, tingling, spaciousness, or emotional release, while others simply notice a deep quiet settling in.

Energywork doesn’t require belief in anything specific. It’s more about creating conditions for your body to do what it naturally knows how to do: unwind, reorganize, heal, and come back into balance.

Working online also lets you stay in your most comfortable environment—wrapped in your favorite blanket, surrounded by familiar sounds or pets—which often strengthens the sense of safety and enhances the healing response.

People describe online energywork as gentle, clarifying, and restorative. With all energywork sessions, I’m always happy to begin with divination (a spiritual tool) using oracle decks to discover greater clarity, guidance, and or reveal your innate wisdom. This is entirely up to you.
