“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate”. Carl Jung

Hypnomassage is a therapeutic technique that combines the physical benefits of massage with the mental focus of hypnosis. Through calming touch and guided suggestions or visualization (similar to meditation), these sessions aim to release tension in the body while also promoting deep states of mental relaxation, stress relief, and emotional well-being with long-lasting results and alignment.

Current Hypnomassage Offerings :::

60-MINUTE SESSIONS: pick a theme from the following

  1. Pain management hypnomassage – a combined therapeutic approach that uses both hypnosis and massage to address chronic or acute pain through focused attention and suggestion. Together, these modalities influence the perception of pain, promoting longer-lasting pain-relieving effects by communicating with the subconscious mind. Please note a pain management session could also include emotional pain (grief, anger, or anything that needs to be let go of to welcome more ease)
  2. Deep states hypnomassage – for stress and/or anxiety – a holistic therapy that combines massage with hypnosis to promote a deep state of relaxation in the whole being. By addressing both physical and mental tension simultaneously, it aims to achieve a profound and long-lasting sense of well-being.
  3. Self-love hypnomassage – is a combined therapy that integrates the physical and mental relaxation of massage with the guided, subconscious-focused techniques of hypnosis to cultivate self-acceptance, worthiness, and compassion

What are the Top 5 Benefits of Hypnomassage?

  1. Deep Nervous System Relaxation

Hypnomassage activates the parasympathetic nervous system—the body’s “rest and digest” mode—more profoundly than massage or hypnosis alone. The combination of soothing touch and hypnotic suggestion helps the body drop into deep relaxation, lowering heart rate, blood pressure, and muscle tension.

  1. Release of Stored Emotional Tension

Touch and trance together help access subconscious patterns and emotions held in the body’s fascia and muscles. This allows for gentle emotional release and integration—often without needing to re-live the stressor—supporting trauma healing and emotional resilience.

  1. Heightened Mind–Body Connection

During hypnomassage, clients enter a state of focused awareness where they can sense subtle energy and body sensations more clearly. This improves interoception (the awareness of inner bodily states), helping people understand their physical and emotional needs with greater clarity.

  1. Amplified Positive Suggestion & Reprogramming

The hypnotic state increases suggestibility, allowing affirmations for healing, confidence, or pain relief to be absorbed more deeply. This can rewire subconscious patterns that contribute to chronic stress, anxiety, or pain.

  1. Enhanced Pain and Stress Relief

Studies show both massage and hypnosis reduce cortisol and increase endorphins. When combined, the effects are synergistic—reducing chronic pain, improving sleep quality, and easing anxiety or PTSD symptoms.
