imagine getting a massage which helps you face your fears, quit smoking, and/or allows u 2 let go of excess anxiety… *drum roll please* i introduce to you —>HYPNOMASSAGE

Would you try it?!

I’m certain that hypnotherapy has made a major impact on my life in the short time I’ve attended sessions. Whether it has just been my own will that has strengthened me to pursue certain actions (or inactions) or that my subconscious mind is actually being re-programmed, it’s working either way. Therefore, call me a believer. The more I read about the subconscious mind, the stronger my belief grows.

When I was a small child I remember “hypnotizing” children at sleep-overs. These are distinct memories – I could name who, where, when and what we were exploring. This was around age 7-11. Of course, I had already been deemed a weird kid. I grew up with an 18-year-old mom who mostly dropped me off at my grandparents or a babysitter called Rosa in Atlantic City NJ. The majority of days were spent alone, in silence, and my coping skill with scary moments (and there were many) became completely immersing myself in my own imaginary worlds (later this became painting). My mom recalls that I used to talk to tadpoles in a pond near our Glassboro, NJ apartment and then try to ‘take care of them’ until they grew into frogs. I would keep them hidden in a container in my dresser drawer and let them jump about in my room before releasing them. She further mentioned that I would be in such deep states of play that she could call my name many times before I would ‘hear’ her or even realize she was in the same room.

Anyway, suffice to say, today when I ‘suggested’ a client ‘seek the passions of their inner child’ I hesitated a moment realizing all of the moments that have led me to this very place in time where I am — pursuing just that (the unseen, energetic, liminal space to explore and ‘play’ with safely with others). It seems rather obvious, at this point, and with all of the sudden new hypnotists in my life that I’m being guided to this next step… c’est la vie… keep following the threads…
